Below are our Shipping Policies and what you can expect when ordering from us!
- In-store pickup is available! If you select “Local Pickup” at checkout we will call you when your order is ready for pickup.
- You are also welcome to call us at (716)-675-SOAP or email us at email@example.com for all inquiries or questions you may have.
- Orders generally take 1-3 days to arrange for pickup, but same day and rush options are available if you call (at no additional charge)! We’re here to assist you!
- Contactless curbside pickup is available, call to have a crew member put your order outside, or deliver it to your car!
- All other orders qualify for a Flat Rate cost, we will cover the difference in shipping your order, big or small!
- Local Delivery is available for you, your friends and loved ones! Local Delivery is available for all orders for a flat rate
- We service the following areas: Blasdell, East Aurora, Hamburg, Orchard Park, & West Seneca.
- All orders are generally shipped within three business days using United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped priority mail and are subject to priority mail shipping times. NOTE: USPS has been experiencing delays.
- However, some of our products are handmade to order, and may not be readily available to package immediately. We expect only a three business day delay at maximum and will notify you immediately if there are additional complications with your order.

- Please note: Annually, from January 1st to January 14th Vintage House Soap Factory does not ship packages, as we are restocking items and rebuilding our ingredient stock. If you need immediate assistance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
